ESE SIFO

Ese Sifo serves as the Senior HR Manager at Microsoft where he is responsible for providing strategic support to leaders in attracting, developing and engaging talent with the goal of driving business objectives for the company. Prior to this role, Ese has held roles of increasing responsibilities at companies like Lockheed Martin, Phillips 66 and United Technologies (now Raytheon Technologies). Ese originally began his career in Finance but quickly pivoted to Human Resources after he identified a need for corporations to attract diverse talent  and promote inclusive and equitable practices in the work place to afford minorities a chance at career development and progression. Ese is also a professional coach obtaining his ICF certified credentials from CoachU Inc. 
In his spare time, Ese coaches young adults with medical complications who are looking to grow their career objectives and fulfill their purpose. Ese is passionate about this project given his own struggles with Sickle Cell Anemia while rising in his professional career to leadership positions.
Ese obtained a Bachelors degree from Nigeria’s prestigious Babcock University in Economics before moving to England to further his education by obtaining both a Masters in Finance from Leeds Beckett University and an MBA from Imperial College London.
Ese and Mari are the founding partners of Talent Management Consultants, LLC. A consulting business which specializes in diversity, equity and inclusion training along with professional and corporate coaching for individuals and institutions.
Ese enjoys traveling the world with his wife, Mari and their two sons, Ian (9) and Ethan (7).
